Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS) - Kher is Distinguished Fellow at RIS. He was the Commerce Secretary in the Government of India, and spent 37 years in the Indian Administrative Service. His areas of expertise include International Trade and Commerce, Industrial Development and Investment Policy, Competition Law and Policy, Sustainable Development Policy and Global Governance. He was Member, Competition Appellate Tribunal, India. He was also the Chief Negotiator for India at WTO as well as for Regional Agreements.
