Coventry University - Ning joined Coventry University in January 2021 as a lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. Her research interests are in the broad categories of entrepreneurship including female entrepreneurship, rural entrepreneurship, family businesses, entrepreneurship education, and informal businesses. Prior to her appointment at Coventry University, she was a Teaching Assistant at the University of Edinburgh Business School where she earned her PhD. She was also Assistant Lecturer at the University of Buea in Cameroon.
