International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University (ISET Policy Institute) (Georgia) - MSc in Mathematics (University of Liège) as well as an MA and a PhD in Economics (Free University Brussels). He has spent most of his career in international financial institutions (mostly the IMF, but also at the AsDB) in a number of positions, including as Head of the Fiscal transparency Unit, Secretary of the G-10, and Director of several Regional Technical Assistance Centers of the IMF. He has spent many years in academia and has published extensively in scientific journals. Luc Leruth also has experience in the Fintech sector and has published several novels.
