- Tim Noonan is Director, Campaigns and Communications, at the International Trade Union Confederation, the world's peak trade union body, based in Brussels.
- He is ITUC staff lead on technology, digitalisation and the future of work.
- He has wide experience in different international bodies, including the ILO, WEF and OECD, and has participated in labour delegations to major international events and conferences, including the G20.
- He represents the ITUC in the independent Centre for Sport and Human Rights, and played a key role in the negotiation of ILO Conventions 169 (Tribal and Indigenous Peoples) and 182 (Worst Forms of Child Labour). He holds and honours degree in Biochemistry with Pharmacology from the University of Western Australia.
