Department of Public International Law and International Organization, Faculty of Law, University of Geneva - Mbengue is Professor of International Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva and Director of the Department of International Law and International Organization. He is involved in the negotiations of several International Investment Agreements in Africa, including the negotiations of the future Investment Protocol to the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). He was the Lead Expert of the African Union for the negotiations of the Pan-African Investment Code.
