• Lynn Wagner leads IISD’s work on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Earth Negotiations Bulletin (ENB) reporting from multilateral environment agreement negotiations; oversees content on SDG Knowledge Hub.
• She has published extensively on topics related to negotiation processes and global environmental governance.
• She received her Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University’s Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
• She teaches environmental negotiation and bargaining courses at SAIS.
