Bocconi University - Borlini is Associate Professor of International Law at Bocconi University and a Faculty Member of the PhD in Legal Studies. He is a fellow at the BAFFI CAREFIN (Centre for Applied Research on International Markets, Banking, Finance and Regulation). He has served the International Monetary Fund as a Technical Assistance Specialist and authored and co-authored reports commissioned by the Council of Europe, the European Commission, the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank, and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
