Capgemini Invent - Kai is an expert and senior manager in data strategy and business transformation at Capgemini Invent. At Capgemini, he advises his clients in innovative ways to automate and optimize their internal processes with AI powered solutions. Before that he was managing partner and founder of AI Rocketeers which supported companies in their digitization and automation journey including the implementation of platform business models. Before, he founded multiple companies and held several managing director positions in Malaysia where he successfully delivered strategies, MVPs, Centers of Excellence for AI, service and operating models and large scale transformation initiatives for insights driven enterprises. His professional journey throughout his career was in data science, predictive analytics and conversational agents with a strong focus in platform models, data strategy, data sharing economy, intelligent automation and AI applications. Kai has extensive experience in building up large scale organizations, multi stakeholder management on C-Level, extensive experience in automotive, public sector, machine building and mobility. Kai holds a master in International Business from the University of Applied Sciences in Constance, Germany.
