OECD - Dr. Isabel Cane leads the Trust in Business initiative at the OECD. She works to strengthen public-private cooperation to inform policy and improve implementation in the areas of Anti-Corruption, responsible business conduct and corporate governance. Isabel has more than 15 years of experience advising national and international policy platforms, previously working at the World Economic Forum’s Partnering Against Corruption initiative, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and the World Bank. Isabel worked extensively on Environment Social and Governance issues in the extractives industry (Mongolia and Latin America) where she advised multi-nationals on responsible minerals development. She has a PhD from the University of Queensland’s Sustainable Minerals Institute, Australia, where she currently holds the position as Industry Fellow.
