University of Parma - Galaverna is Full Professor of Food Chemistry at the Department of Food and Drug of the University of Parma. He is member of the Scientific Committee of the Italian National Technological Agri-Food Cluster (ClAN), National Delegate of the Italian Chemical Society within the Food Chemistry Division of EuChemS (EU), coordinator of the International and Interuniversity MSc in Food Safety and Food Risk Management and the co-Chair of the World Food R&I Forum.
