Academic Director and Senior Researcher at the Brazilian Center of International Relations (CEBRI). Feliciano de Sá Guimarães holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (2006-2010), a Master's in International Relations from the State University of Campinas (San Tiago Dantas Program 2003-2005), and a Bachelor's in International Relations from the Tuiuti University of Paraná (1998-2002). He also has an incomplete Bachelor's in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Paraná (1998-2003). Currently, Mr. Guimarães is Associate Professor (livre docente) at the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo (USP). He is also an associate editor of the prestigious academic journal Foreign Policy Analysis and Editor-in-chief of CEBRI-Journal. Previously, he was a Visiting Researcher at Yale University (2008-2009), Visiting Fellow at the Department of Political Science at Yale University (2019-2020), and Program Chair of the 2020 Annual Meeting of the International Studies Association (Honolulu, Hawaii, USA).
