University of Cambridge - López-Gómez is the Head of Policy Links, University of Cambridge. He has extensive research and advisory experience in the fields of industrial and innovation policy. He has advised several national and regional governments as well as international organisations including UNIDO, OECD, ADB, UNCTAD and the World Economic Forum. Carlos holds a PhD in industrial and innovation policy from the University of Cambridge.
