Fundação Dom Cabral - Braga is an Adjunct Professor, Fundação Dom Cabral, Brazil. He was Professor, IMD and Director of the Evian Group@IMD, Switzerland (2012-15). He was the Special Representative and Director for Europe, The World Bank (2011-12). At the World Bank he was also Director, Economic Policy and Debt (2008-10) and he was Acting VP and Corporate Secretary of the World Bank Group and Acting Executive Secretary of the IMF/World Bank Development Committee (2010). He is a Fulbright Scholar (1988-89) and holds a Ph.D., Economics, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, 1984.
