Caitlin Katsiaficas is a Policy Advisor at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development and a former Associate Policy Analyst at the Migration Policy Institute, where she worked mainly with the National Center on Immigrant Integration Policy. She has worked at the World Bank, International Rescue Committee, and George Washington University’s Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies, and interned at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement and the City of Portland, Maine’s Refugee Services Program. Ms. Katsiaficas holds an MA and BA in international affairs from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, where her studies focused on conflict, migration, and development.
