University of Parma - Dossena was Professor of Organic and Bioorganic Chemistry and currently Lecturer at the University of Parma. He was Director of the Interdepartmental Centre for Measurements and Director of the Department of Food Science of the same University, Coordinator of the Agro-Food Platform of the of High Technology Network and Vice President of the Agri-Food Clust-ER of the Emilia Romagna Region.
