Sonakshi is currently pursuing her Master of Public Policy (MPP) at the Hertie School. Her academic focus lies in the intersection of digital governance and citizen participation. Born and raised in India, she earned her undergraduate degree in Mass Media. Prior to her academic journey, Sonakshi held significant leadership roles in communication at Anandabazar.com, a prominent newspaper, and played a pivotal role in designing campaigns for various Indian political parties at both the national and state levels. In October 2023, Sonakshi has taken on the role of Social Media Copywriter at the Global Solutions Initiative Foundation.
