Sofia Jacobi works as a HR Manager and Personal Assistant to the Executive Team at the Global Solutions Initiative. After qualifying as a media and print specialist at one of Germany’s largest publishing houses Droemer Knaur, she studied Italian and Art History at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

Sofia was introduced to HR work through a part-time job during her studies. When she finished her bachelor’s degree, she worked for four years as a Human Resources Manager and Editor at tbd.community, a digital hub on the future of work and diverse recruiting.
