Philipp Censkowsky holds a Joint Master´s Degree in Economics from the University of Paris Sorbonne-Nord and the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He concluded his studies as guest researcher at Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK). Above his academic training, Philipp worked at the German Development Corporation (GIZ) on multilateral development banks and their role for climate finance and policy. At Perspectives, he works aligning public finance institutions with the Paris Agreement and supports UNFCCC negotiations on climate finance. Philipp is taking up his PhD studies at HEC Lausanne in Switzerland this year.
