Michelle Kaffenberger is a Research Fellow with the RISE Programme at the University of Oxford, where she leads research on education systems, learning outcomes, and ways to address the learning crisis. Previously, she served as Senior Advisor and Research Director with a global partnership at the World Bank. Michelle has designed, led, and advised on dozens of research initiatives with large philanthropic organizations, multilateral donors, and government ministries in low- and middle-income countries.
